1. The period of this Member Program shall be infinite, but it is agreed that this may be reviewed at the discretion of www.Perfectly-Natural-Health.com at any time. Members who intend to resign as a Member may do so at any time by opting out of the program.

2. Members must have their own email address and computer facilities. This is necessary for the placing and processing of orders.

3. Our default rewards payout is set at $100, however you may request a payout of a lesser amount at any time. We take into account all accumulated rewards earned through your own sales as well as rewards due to you from sales by the Members you have introduced. When a payout level of $100 or more has been achieved, your rewards will be paid to you in arrears, at the end of each calendar month.

4. It is imperative that the Retail Price of our products are strictly adhered to. Complaints relating to overcharging from patients may result in cancellation of your membership.

5. Members who aim to publish ANY articles about Matula Herbal Formula, whether in magazines, emails, websites, news papers, electronic format or hard copy, shall first seek the written consent and approval from Perfectly-Natural-Health.com. The proposed article will need to be submitted to Perfectly-Natural-Health.com in electronic format and once the article has been scrutinized and deemed acceptable, you will be notified in writing. Under no circumstances must any articles be published before written approval is granted.
